About me

My journey began in my grandmother’s kitchen, where I learned the importance of fresh ingredients and traditional techniques. Over the years, I’ve honed my skills in various kitchens, exploring diverse cuisines and innovative cooking styles around the world. 

In 2007 I  left my home country Germany & since then I have travelled the world. 

Once a steward(dishwasher) I have worked my way up till today to become an Executive Chef which has always been my lifetime goal.

My journey began in the Kingdom of Bahrain & just to name a few of my stops, the United Arab Emirates, Oman, Maldives, Qatar, Azerbaijan, Russia, Congo, Egypt, and Guinea.

Whether I’m crafting a comforting dish inspired by my roots or experimenting with modern flavours, my goal is always the same: to make people smile through food & inspire the young generation.
